,Subtle energy devices like harmonizers, stickers, chips, and pendants work on an energetic level to help or support your body to deal with a particular stress on the body. When it comes to EMF protection using subtle energy devices, like the stickers one you place on your cellphone, try to induce a helpful biological response in the body to counteract the biological ss induced by the EMFs.

Electromagnetic fields including those that come from cellphones, electrical wiring, and natural forms (DC field of the earth and visible light) work on a physics level and induce a physiological response in the body.  One can not measure any difference in your EMF exposure in physics (EMF meters) when subtle energy devices are present vs. when they are not. It’s like trying to measure temperature with a speedometer. This is why they are often criticized by those just solely looking at this from a physics perspective.

A solid long term strategy when dealing with any problem is to address the root cause. EMFs are physics problems, and in my opinion, are best dealt with a physics solution. Fight physics with physics, not metaphysics.

Some people feel better when using these devices and I have no problem with people using them short term as long as they know they are still being exposed. In general, the positive effects reduce over time for many people using subtle energy devices.

Even though I do not recommend subtle energy devices to my clients, I have seen where subtle energy devices can in some cases support people enough to allow them to make positive steps in their healing journey. Whether it is a placebo effect or not it does not matter. I explain to anyone using subtle energy devices that they are a short term solution which effects may fizzle with time.

In the end, I do not recommend subtle energy devices to my clients. If they have them already I mention to them that these devices do not change your exposure to EMFs but try to help your body deal with them an an energetic level.

Statistically speaking the most effective to least effective EMF protection strategies in my opinion are as follows:

1. Remove the source of EMFs. (Most effective)

2. Dilution of the EMF exposure usually by putting distance between you and the source or by reducing the power output of wireless sources.

3. Shielding EMFs – Using some shielding material or technique that are verifiable with physics.

4. Subtle Energy devices such as harmonizers, stickers, chips, and pendants for short duration not as a long term strategy (least effective).
