Step 2: Doublecheck Is Bluetooth and Wifi off?
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, from the Control Center check Wi-Fi and Bluetooth icons. You can also go to settings and check the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth there.

Step 3. Manually Turn off Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth.
Go to Settings >
- Airplane Mode and make sure airplane mode is selected (slider is green).
- Wi-Fi > set to off (slider not green)
- Bluetooth > set to off (slider not green)
Go back to the Settings > both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are “Off” like the picture below:
